Annie Knight has shared a health update after sleeping with 583 men.
The Australian adult star has once again stirred widespread attention following her extreme endurance challenge that saw her engage with over 500 men in just six hours.
Now, weeks after the event, Knight is opening up about the toll it took on her body and mind, and how she’s coping with the aftermath.
The 28-year-old, who took on the staggering challenge on May 18, has built a reputation for pushing boundaries and pursuing milestones, a feat she says was both physically and emotionally overwhelming.

Known online as ‘Australia’s most s**ually active woman,’ Knight told E! on May 20 that while the event itself went relatively smoothly, the consequences emerged afterward.
“It was more like the after effects of, I guess, the amount of stress I put on myself,” she explained. “I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge.”
Knight lives with endometriosis, a chronic condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it, often causing severe pain and complications.
She suspects her symptoms may have been worsened by the physical strain of the challenge.
“It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut,” she admitted.
“But it’s hard to know if what I’m going through is a result of the challenge or just my condition flaring up.”
While the event drew criticism online, the adult star remains unapologetic.
“People seem to, like, get so uptight about it,” Knight said. “At the end of the day, these men just want to have s**… I’m providing a service for free.”
The turnout far exceeded her expectations. Initially expecting around 200 participants, she ended up with more than 2,000 registrations.
“I had a bunch of them message me and just say, ‘Thanks so much for today. I was number 206, or whatever,’” she shared.

Following the event, Knight was hospitalized due to intense bleeding and pain.
She clarified that while her symptoms were severe, doctors found no evidence linking the issues directly to the challenge.
“They ran some tests, did some scans, and there were no ruptures or anything serious. So they just said that it’s either my endometriosis or it’s hormonal,” she said.
Despite the ordeal, Knight is undeterred.
“The health issues that came after weren’t necessarily linked to the challenge, so yeah, I’d definitely do it again,” she insisted. “I have no regrets. It was such a fun day.”
Now focused on recovery, Knight says she’s ‘feeling really good’ and is already planning her next move.
Her goal? An AVN Award – ‘the Oscars of p**n,’ as she puts it.
“I’m only going to be young for a short period of time,” she concluded. “So I want to make the most of it and just become as successful as possible in the time that I have.”
