Riley Green & Megan Moroney Dating Rumors Spark Again
Country fans are buzzing once more about a possible romance between Riley Green and Megan Moroney — and this time, some think they’ve finally got proof.
A video surfaced in late April, reportedly filmed at the Panama City Beach, Fla. airport, showing two people who look strikingly like Green and Moroney walking together. Both were dressed to stay under the radar — Green in a hoodie and sunglasses, Moroney in a ball cap — but the resemblance was hard for fans to ignore.
Small-Town Sighting Fuels the Fire
The rumor mill kicked into overdrive after May 13, when fan-snapped photos surfaced from Green’s hometown of Jacksonville, Alabama. The pictures show a man and woman — believed to be Green and Moroney — driving a Chrysler convertible down a small-town road.
Though the photos only show the backs of their heads, fans quickly pointed out details: the woman’s platinum blonde hair pulled up in a knot, and the fact that Green himself once showed off a Chrysler convertible in a TikTok video. His was white at the time, but the one in the new photos is blue — leading fans to speculate it may have been repainted.
TikTok user @madilynnlang claimed she took the photos herself, writing: “I guess the rumors were true.”
Another local couple also claimed to have spotted them together, saying on Instagram: “If he’s bringing her to the hometown, they been going for a while. Ain’t no speculation about it no more… Him and Megan are together together.”
Rumors Trace Back Months
This isn’t the first time fans have connected the dots between the two. In late 2024, eagle-eyed followers noticed similarities in vacation photos the stars posted from the same tropical beach. Some even compared the cloud patterns and ocean views, suggesting they were standing in nearly the same spot.
There were also blurry bar photos circulating that seemed to show them out together with friends — with Moroney allegedly wearing Green’s cowboy hat.
At the time, both artists denied being in a relationship. In March, Moroney confirmed they’d crossed paths on the same island but insisted it was coincidence:
“It’s one of those things where if you know someone on a small island, you’re like, ‘Oh s–t, you’re here too.’ Just because we’re hanging out doesn’t mean we’re romantically dating.”
Officially, It’s Still Just Rumors
Neither Green nor Moroney has ever publicly confirmed a relationship. In fact, Green has also batted away speculation about his connection to duet partner Ella Langley, joking that she’s “too smart” to date him.
For now, fans are left piecing together TikToks, car sightings, and vacation snapshots — and until either artist speaks up, the Riley & Megan mystery remains unsolved.
