Just the video of Patrick Swayze and Lisa Niemi Dance for the first time for a nice nostalgia…

At the 1994 World Music Awards, Patrick Swayze performed a dance with his wife Lisa Niemi to the song “All The Man That I Need” as a tribute to Whitney Houston, a multiple award winner.

Patrick Swayze was arguably the best and most renowned dancer of his generation, if not all time. Almost everyone over the age of 30 is quite familiar with him.

Swayze’s incredible dance skills and acting prowess were both on display in the smash hit Dirty Dancing. Many of Patrick Swayze’s devoted followers may be shocked to learn that, before to his passing in 2009, he was married to professional dancer Lisa Niemi for 34 years.

When Lisa and the handsome dancer first met, she recalled how “everything came alive” in her world at that moment. Sadly, Patrick Swayze lost his fight with pancreatic cancer in 2009 and died.

His wife described the agony of losing her husband, adding that after losing someone to whom you’ve given your heart and life, you never stop loving them. She described the changes the partnership goes through. Though in a new way, it goes on. She revealed that she still has daily conversations with her husband as if he were still at her side.

Although the first televised dance took place more than 25 years ago, Patrick Swayze and Lisa Niemi’s performance will always be as timeless as their relationship.

Looking back on such a great occasion and realizing all the moments between these two soulmates that were still to come is truly a gift. It’s been quite wonderful to be able to share in their lives in such an intimate way.
