Audiences at an Alan Jackson concert were surprised when the singer’s daughter, Ali Jackson Bradshaw, joined him on stage to sing a song he wrote for her and her sisters.
Jackson asked Ali on stage to join him in singing “You’ll Always Be My Baby” at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Friday night (October 8). Ali appeared at ease on stage, standing behind the microphone and taking turns singing lead with her father. Alan occasionally sang with his daughter while adoringly staring at her. Ali and her father exchanged hugs after their performance, and he kissed her on the cheek.
Alan Jackson penned “You’ll Always Be My Baby” in response to his oldest daughter Mattie’s wedding wish a few years ago.
“I created the song for Mattie’s wedding in the summer of 2017, but it was really difficult to complete.” “I told ’em, ‘I wrote this for all of you,’” he said in a statement.
Ali, 28, married Sam Bradshaw in July 2020, and their magnificent adults-only wedding made the cover of Inside Weddings earlier this year.
Alan Jackson has three kids with his wife of more than four decades, Denise. Alan clearly has a particular bond with all of his daughters, as proven by the music video for “You’ll Always Be My Baby,” which was released earlier this year.
