Christina Applegate teared up in a video

Christina Applegate has played a variety of roles throughout the years. She has been on Saturday Night Live, showing her comic abilities, and has collaborated with celebrities. She has now gone on a completely new path, though.

She was just cast in the TV drama “Dead To Me,” and while filming the last season, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). She has remained in seclusion ever since, dealing with the symptoms of her sickness in solitude.

The actress described how she noticed something was awry while filming “Dead To Me” and how she at first had no idea what was happening. She was frequently exhausted and feeble. She was eventually diagnosed in 2021.

Captain Lee Rosbach, her hero, sent her a supportive note, telling her to be strong and keep moving forward.

She stated that filming the last season of the program was one of the most difficult experiences of her life. Her condition deteriorated to the point that she couldn’t get onto the set without a wheelchair.

Going to work was difficult for Applegate, but she said it also helped distract her from the reality of MS. Her entire life changed when she was diagnosed, and being busy got her mind off her sickness.

Applegate was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, and LeNoble was there for her.

Applegate, who is a comedian, used comedy to help her cope with the diagnosis and to make people around her feel more at ease. She stated that she does not want people to treat her differently now that she has MS.

“When people see me as a handicapped person now, I want them to feel at ease knowing that we can laugh about it.”

Captain Lee Rosbach, her hero, sent her a supportive note, telling her to be strong and keep moving forward. “I got tears in my eyes; I’m not joking,” the “Anchorman” actress stated, stunned.

Applegate is supported by her husband and children, in addition to her favorite superyacht skipper. The “Married…With Children” actress has known her husband, Martyn LeNoble, for a long time, but they only married in 2013.

LeNoble was born in Holland but came to Los Angeles as a child to follow his musical dreams. He began with nothing but quickly rose to prominence as a bassist for a number of well-known alternative and punk bands.

Applegate was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, and LeNoble was there for her. Following her recovery, the couple chose to marry, and in 2011, they welcomed their daughter Sadie LeNoble into the world. Applegate had this to say about her husband’s support:

“I’m grateful to Martyn for coming along at the right moment because he’s been my support through everything; he gave me something to live for and something to smile about.”

LeNoble stood by his wife again when she was told she had MS. Even though it’s a terrible disease, he and his daughter take care of Applegate, and he’s been there for her while she’s been fighting cancer.
