When you’re an actress of Julia Robert’s caliber, you will find yourself meeting all kinds of people.
Hollywood’s got a lot of talented and good-looking people in it. You don’t need me to tell you that.
(And Roberts wasn’t cast as the star of a film called “Pretty Woman” for no reason.)
Roberts has had her fair share of romances with other Hollywood stars over the years.
But Julia Roberts found true love in her husband Danny Moder, whom she cherished in an Instagram post.
They met on the set of the 2001 film “The Mexican.”
Moder is a cameraman and was wed to another person at the time.
When the divorce was settled, Moder found love again in Roberts and it wasn’t long ’til the two of them tied the knot.
Now don’t go on thinking that Roberts and Moder divorced their spouses then just to be with each other.
She told Oprah that he dealt with that completely separate from her and without her knowing.
Roberts also tended to her personal life in the same manner.
“But he sorted his whole thing out, separate and apart from me. And I sorted my life out, separate and apart from him. I think that’s the only reason we were able to ultimately fall in love with each other and be together.”
She calls it her dream come true.
Roberts doesn’t call many things her “dream come true”, and neither would anyone else.
That’s a special title for only the most valuable, irreplaceable things.
One of the few other things she calls her “dream come true” is her life and success as an actress.
We’ve all had moments where we realized how much we have to be thankful for. Even famous stars like Roberts have moments like those.
“The life that we’ve built with our children. And that’s the best stuff. … The point is to come home at the end of the day triumphantly to them,” Roberts told CBS News
The pair have been husband and wife for 20 years now. Though they like to keep much of their life private.
A wise choice. Celebrity culture has taught people to be nosey about the private lives of many famous people, and that’s not a good thing.
