35-Week-Pregnant Woman Does Ballroom Dancing

To think that we’re sometimes too lazy to do things we love is almost normal. I won’t go out for a morning jog sometimes because I’d rather sleep in a little bit longer; at other times, you skip your night time swimming classes because you’re too lethargic and would rather just eat your favorite comfort food and call it a day. It happens to the best of us.

When you’re in this kind of funk, especially when it lasts more than a couple of days, then it’s time to dig for some inspiration. You need to look somewhere to help motivate yourself and trust me, motivation is never hard to find. If you’re looking for someone to help motivate you to do some physical activity right about now, then you’re reading the right article!

Meet this woman who is ballroom dancing, while she’s pregnant, and loving every second of it! Of course, it depends on how your pregnancy is going, some women have it a lot harder than others do, but it just goes to show how people continue to pursue what they love through different stages in life.

While we touch on the topics of pregnancy and dancing, Baby Center UK mentions that it’s important for moms-to-be to be active, and dancing is a great way to stay fit and moving during those nine months. It’s imperative though that you know where you stand in terms of your skillset. If you’re a beginner, remember to stick to slow dance moves and set a comfortable pace for yourself.

But, if you’re a veteran dancer, then I would say you shake a leg like this beautiful and talented mommy-to-be. She’s dressed in a black dress, with sleek hair, off-brown heel, and it’s all paired with a big smile. Right at the beginning of the video, you can’t even notice that this woman is pregnant. But, when she turns around, you can see her belly quite clearly!

First, she does a solo, then her partner joins in on the routine and the audience can’t get enough! They have great rhythm together and move with so much ease! I’m sure even mom’s baby will be quite the dancer!
