Inside the Blended Life of Pete Hegseth and Jennifer Rauchet

Jennifer Rauchet has long worked behind the scenes in broadcast media. A veteran producer, she began her career in 2001 at WPIX-TV before moving to Fox News in 2006, where she spent more than a decade. Her work included producing segments for Fox & Friends and Watters’ World, and later serving as an executive producer for Fox Nation, the network’s streaming platform.

Rauchet also manages a more personal profile. On Instagram, where she has more than 13,000 followers, she shares images of her blended family with Pete Hegseth, the Fox News host and Army veteran. Together, they are raising seven children — four from previous marriages and three they’ve had together.

Hegseth, born in 1980, has been married three times. His first marriage, to Meredith Schwarz, lasted from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, he wed Samantha Deering, with whom he shares three children: Gunner, Bonne, and Rex. The couple divorced in 2017.

That same year, Hegseth and Rauchet welcomed a daughter, Gwendolyn, born on August 16. They married two years later, on her second birthday, in 2019. Hegseth also became a stepfather to Rauchet’s three children — Kenzie, Jackson, and Luke — rounding out the household to seven.

On social media, Rauchet often posts about their family life, sometimes sharing glimpses of Hegseth with the children. In one post, she captioned a photo: “He’s just a dad that does it all.”
