The Texas woman has revealed the true story behind the viral video of her outburst on a plane.
The footage became widespread on social media – ‘over 450 million plus’ people having seen it – and Gomas later apologised for the ordeal, however, she’s since revealed what really happened and what she really saw.
The incident on the plane took place on 2 July. In footage recorded by several passengers, Gomas can be seen saying: “I’m getting the f*** off and there’s a reason… I’m telling you right now that motherf***er back there is not real and you can sit on this plane, and you can die with them or not. I’m not going to.”
“I want to apologise to everyone on that plane, especially those that had children aboard,” she continued. “We all have our bad moments, um, some are far worse than others, and mine happened to be caught on camera for the whole world to see multiple times.”
However, people have remained confused by what she saw to make her shout on the plane the ‘motherf***er back there is not real’ with conspiracy theories eluding to the paranormal, and Gomas has since addressed the speculation.
On Friday (3 November), the marketing executive sat down with Big Cat & PFT Commenter on Pardon My Take to reveal ‘what she saw on the plane’.
Gomas explains: “You know the reason I probably haven’t come out yet is like – it’s so cringe – I did not see anything. I mean, I think y’all knew that.
“The media… I said ‘That motherf***er’ not ‘these’ or ‘the’.”
Gomas reflects she got ‘into a bit of altercation’ which ‘got out of control’ and ‘was not [her] best moment’.
“I mean it was actually a horrible moment. Absolutely mortifying,” she adds.
Gomas notes her saying ‘that motherf***er isn’t real’ was an ‘expression of speech’ towards another passenger on the plane, rather than her pointing to an alien or ghost of some sort.
She says she was ‘just in [her] feels’ and ‘highly distressed’, and she’d given up her aisle seat and there was ‘bad energy’ – noting she can’t really say much more.
Overall, Gomas resolves: “Conspiracy theories are really good they’re really entertaining but no […] It was not a good look. Not a good situation.”
So, there we have it conspiracy theorists.
