A group of bikers helped an elderly grandmother fulfill a lifelong dream.

She said it made her feel like she was young again. ❤️

What do you want to do before you die?

Have you ever considered doing something you’ve always wanted to, but never actually done it?

Barbara Morris, a great-grandmother from Wigan, showed people that it’s never too late to do something you’ve always wanted to do.

Morris wanted something simple when she became 90 years old.

Barbara Morris used to be a florist and now she enjoys riding motorcycles.

She got her license in the 1950s and when she was 19, she bought her first bike which was a Royal Enfield 350.

She drove her small motorcycle in town and around the college.

The excitement of speeding and being able to go wherever you want, whenever you want.

A woman motorcyclist was rare in those days, but Morris followed her dreams and taught her three kids to love biking too.

Barbara, who was in her 90s, believed she was too old to ride anymore.

When she jokingly told her son Martin that she wanted to ride a powerful Harley Davidson when she turned 90, she had no idea that her family was paying attention.

She said she had never been on a vacation, so her family decided to plan one.

She was surprised when a group of bikers from the area surrounded her when she walked out onto the street.

Then, they showed her a Harley Davidson three-wheeler and asked if she wanted to go to the pub with it.

Morris was thrilled and overjoyed, saying she felt like a young woman again.

Kirsty Harvey, Morris’s granddaughter, said her great-grandmother was a “daredevil,” which was uncommon for women of her time.

Harvey got help from the members of the North West Chapter of the Widows Sons to put together a surprise.

The group and 13 other riders drove to Ambleside Bank Residential Home in Wigan.

Morris said she felt like she was 21 again when she rode on the back of someone’s motorcycle for seven miles to the White Lion pub.

She has always thought that a Harley Davidson was a nice bike to look at, and couldn’t believe she would be able to ride one, especially in her 90s.

We all gathered at the same place, and two nurses assisted her outside since she wasn’t able to move around much, according to her granddaughter.

She needs a lot of assistance. She has poor vision, so they had to bring her up close to the bike. When she realized what it was, she was very surprised.

Barbara’s story proves that it is never too late to make your dreams come true.

She may be getting older, and she may not travel as much as before, but that doesn’t stop her from having a good time sometimes.

Age doesn’t matter; it’s the heart that counts.

What goals do you want to achieve in your life?

What is something you have always wanted to do, but haven’t had the opportunity to do it yet?

It’s a good idea to follow Morris’ example and make it happen.
